Plenty has been going on lately, but I've been pretty lax in writing about it so here’s what’s happening...
THIS Friday March 28th, we’re getting back into gear with monthly art openings. Join us from 6-10p.m. to see new works from FAVES and Ryan Beck.
FAVES was born here in Philly in the early seventies, and spent time as a kid between here and New York. The painted subways got into his head, and he cut his teeth early on bombing freight trains. After a while he began added monikers (the cool grease-pencil tags on freight cars) and has become one of the best-known boxcar artists of our generation. Now getting into the gallery side of things, he has adapted a one of a kind style on canvas. Expect to see back grounds of realistically painted boxcars with his signature moniker. He was featured in the newest issue of Juxtapoz, on sale now.
Philly resident Ryan Beck works in abstract watercolors and acrylics. Don’t stare at his paintings too long or your eyes might start to melt. He just finished a show at 222 gallery in Los Angeles and is a regular participant in our heart show.
Of course we will have refreshments and barbecue, weather permitting. 6-10p.m.

What else...so we are changing the name of the CLOTHING LINE ONLY to Upset the System. Inspired by artwork from Drew Rash, our first new design will debut as soon as we can work the kinks out of the artwork, hopefully by the Philly Tattoo Convention.
We are arranging dates now for the next batch of openings coming up featuring NORM, Eric Eaton, Pat Haney, Leanne Biank, David Flores, Kevin Lyons, JoKa 444, and more.
Our next opening will be a group show on Friday, April 18th. We’ll have artwork from over 40 tattoo artist on display and for sale. Featuring Krooked Ken Motter, Jason Goldberg, Dave Fox, Martin LaCasse, Johnny Gues?, THE GUS, Lee Hanna, Bert Krak, Scott Bakoss, Mike Hooligan, Dave Steal, Jason Stewart, Topper, Bird, and tons more...
As always...stay tuned!
